Steven A. Sant, CFP®

Personal Wealth Manager

Acknowledged by Seattle Magazine as FIVE STAR Wealth Manager* for multiple years.

On a warm sunny day at age nine, he sat in disappointment on the park bench and watched through the chain-link fence. His friends were getting their brand new red-and-white Little League uniforms. Growing up with five brothers and four sisters from combined families, the words “I’m sorry, Steven, we just can’t afford it” were the response to almost every question. He was done asking. What he wanted, he needed to earn.

Working at the Seattle P.I., Steve's mom helped him get a morning paper route. Later, his stepfather, working as a yacht salesman, helped him get a job on Lake Union washing boats after school. Always an A student, he brought home a D in English in the tenth grade. Getting up at 2 A.M. to deliver papers, then home from work after 6 P.M. didn’t leave enough time for both homework and sleep. He knew he needed to work smarter, not harder.

The GI Bill helped pay for Steve’s education. After his tour as an air traffic controller in the Navy, he pursued courses in business, management, economics, and psychology. He didn’t want to just learn about money, he needed to understand what drove decisions about it. He was driven to help other caring families make better financial decisions and to help them accumulate and maintain their wealth.

Steve had the good fortune to be adopted by several awesome mentors and, subsequently, excelled at running a corporate financial services firm for 15 years. He was also a senior partner in a successful real estate investment firm. Those experiences prepared him to launch what is now Premier Wealth Management more than 20 years ago.

Steve believes that all families can live life in financial balance. He visits with his clients at regular intervals to help them understand the impact of their decisions and to balance the needs of today with those of tomorrow and their dreams for future generations.

Personal

Steve and his wife, Kim, live in the Silver Lake area between Seattle and Everett. They are very happy to be a part of this community and feel that it is a wonderful place to live, relax, and recreate. In his free time, Steve enjoys chess, golf, fitness, playing guitar and piano, drawing and painting, and learning new stuff.

Steve has actively given to his community for many years by committing his time, expertise, and financial resources as a board member or committee chair for many local civic and charitable organizations.

He has also given back to the profession that he loves by teaching the Fundamentals of Financial Planning course at Seattle University.

Mike Seek

Insurance / Benefits Specialist

Although Mike's goal on the links is to score below par, in every other aspect of his life, he aims high. A graduate of the University of Washington, he catapulted to a position as a top producer in property/casualty, life, and disability insurance with Country Companies.

Mike, his partner Craig Robinson, and several others realized that many of their clients could not adequately be served using only the products offered by a single insurance company. In 2003, they left to form an independent firm so that they could have the tools to pursue the best possible coverage at the most reasonable terms for their clients.

Mike added an additional club to his bag by teaming up with Premier Wealth Management in 2005. Mike's clients now have access to uncommon insurance solutions, as well as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, other securities, and financial planning expertise through the rest of the Premier Wealth Management team.

Personal

Mike and his wife, Helen, live on the Harbor Point golf course in Mukilteo with their son, Austin. He is actively involved in the community and serves on the Mukilteo YMCA board of directors. In addition to golf, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is a regular on the sidelines at Austin's baseball games.

Ryan Sant

Personal Wealth Manager

Ryan was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. Seeking adventure, he spent two years as a missionary in the Philippines before college. The experience illuminated the importance of service to others. He also learned to speak fluent Tagalog!

Attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, Ryan studied biology and business management. He returned to the Northwest after graduation and started a career with the Washington Department of Fish & Wildlife Police. His time in law enforcement taught him it was not his calling; instead, he was driven to employ his business acumen and seek new opportunities.

Later, Ryan became an insurance agent for a nationwide company. It was there he learned that he wanted to spend his time educating clients to make prudent financial decisions to help them prepare for retirement. This desire led him to join Edward Jones as a financial advisor, building his Marysville practice from the ground up. Years later, in 2017, the chance to partner with Premier Wealth Management offered an opportunity to grow professionally in ways he never thought possible while providing his clients with the highest level of service.

Personal

Ryan and his wife, Ashley, live in Lake Stevens with their three children, Zach, Quin, and Charlee. The kids are actively involved in sports and scouting. When not at home, you can usually find the family outside enjoying nature—they love to crab, clam, and fish.
